AI training for teams and individuals

Your expertise.
Amplified by AI.

Start with a task you do every week. We try it with AI, check the result, and write down a process you can use again.

Learn as a team.

Workshops and four weeks of follow-up use tasks your team already does. We choose one to start with, try it, and work out what still needs attention.

AI Workshop for Teams

We discuss your team’s work before the session. In the workshop, participants try AI on an agreed task and review the results together.

  • Discuss participants’ needs and experience before the session
  • Choose an exercise from the team’s work
  • Write instructions with the context AI needs
  • Review the result and prepare a guide for further practice

Four-Week Practice Programme

The team tries one workflow in its day-to-day work. Over four weeks, we look at what is useful, what needs changing, and which parts people should keep doing themselves.

  • Week 1: choose a task and record how it is done now
  • Week 2: workshop and plan a process with AI
  • Week 3: try it at work, then discuss the results
  • Week 4: review what happened and write a guide for the team

Workshop duration, group size, fees, and online or in-person delivery are discussed before we start. Building software or custom integrations needs a separate discussion.

For individuals

Learn one to one.

Bring a report you need to write, notes you need to sort out, or another task you do often. We work through it together and discuss the result.

What we do in a session

Choose a task

Describe how you do it now, what makes it difficult, and what a useful result would look like.

Try it and check

We prepare the context, give AI instructions, and look at which parts of the result need work.

Keep what you can use again

Write down the steps, save useful instructions, and make a checklist for when you do the task on your own.

Sessions are one to one. We agree on the number of meetings, schedule, goals, and fees before starting.

During the sessions

Rputasi expert

Business, technology, and marketing

You work on your task with a Rputasi expert. When an AI result is not ready to use, we look at the missing context, the parts that need checking, and the instructions that need changing.

How we work with you

Before the session, we discuss your work and experience with AI. That helps us choose an exercise you can try. During practice, you can ask about a confusing result or a step you do not understand. We put together a guide for when you continue on your own.

Before we start

Do I need AI experience or coding skills?

You do not need to code. Tell us what you have tried so far, including if you have never used AI. We start there.

Which AI tools do we use?

We choose tools based on the work and the accounts you can access. We practise giving context and reviewing results so you can use those skills with other tools too. If a paid account is needed, we discuss it first. Account fees are not automatically included in the programme.

Do I have to bring company data?

We can use examples, anonymised data, or documents approved for practice. Confidential information does not need to go into an AI tool. Your company’s permissions and policies still apply.

How do scheduling and fees work?

Tell us what you need through WhatsApp. For a team, include the number of participants. We discuss the sessions, schedule, online or in-person delivery, and fees before you decide.

Tell us about
your work.

Describe a task you would like to try with AI and what you are finding difficult. If it is for a team, tell us who would take part. We can discuss the sessions from there.

A Rputasi expert reads your WhatsApp message directly.

We agree on the programme, schedule, and fees before starting.
